How We Review Casinos

This site ranks Canadian-facing casinos on one thing: how quickly they pay withdrawals. Not game count, not welcome bonus size, not design. This page sets out how that judgement is made, what disqualifies a brand outright, and how we are paid — so you can decide how much weight to give the ordering.

What We Measure

  1. Published withdrawal timeframe. The operator’s own stated processing time, taken from its banking terms rather than its marketing pages. Where the two disagree, we use the terms, because that is the document the operator is bound by.
  2. Approval process. Whether verified withdrawals under a threshold are released automatically, or whether every request waits for a person. This is the single largest determinant of real-world speed.
  3. Verification timing. Sites that verify at registration pay faster than sites that verify at first cashout, regardless of what either promises.
  4. Fast rails for withdrawals. Whether Interac e-Transfer, e-wallets or crypto are supported for payouts and not only deposits. A long list of deposit methods tells you nothing about payout speed.
  5. Reverse-withdrawal window. Whether a pending cashout can be pulled back into the balance, and for how long. Sites that process immediately have no such window.
  6. Withdrawal limits. Daily, weekly and monthly caps, because a low cap silently converts a fast payout into an instalment plan.
  7. Fees. Charges on withdrawals, particularly beyond a set number per month.

Pass/Fail Conditions

Some things are not scored, they are requirements. A casino that fails any of these is not listed at all, regardless of how fast it pays:

  • A valid licence from a recognised authority, verifiable on the regulator’s own register rather than by a badge on the site.
  • Working responsible-gambling tools: deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion that are actually reachable from inside the account.
  • Published banking terms that state processing times and limits rather than leaving them to support.
  • No pattern of unexplained withheld withdrawals or confiscated balances.
  • No marketing that promises to bypass verification, guarantees wins, or presents gambling as risk-free.

What We Do Not Do

We do not operate any casino. We do not accept payment for a higher position in any list, and no operator can buy its way past the pass/fail conditions above. We do not publish payout figures we cannot source, and where a brand’s data is incomplete our review says so rather than filling the gap with a plausible number.

How We Are Paid

Some links to casinos are affiliate links, meaning we may receive a commission if you open an account. This never costs you anything and it does not change the ranking, which is driven by the criteria above. Affiliate links are marked rel="nofollow sponsored" and pages carrying commercial links display a disclosure. Where a brand has no affiliate arrangement with us and still deserves a place, it gets one.

Updates and Corrections

Payout terms change without notice, and a review that was accurate six months ago may not be now. Pages are dated and re-checked, and reviews are updated when banking terms, licences or ownership change. If something here is wrong, we want to know — corrections are made on the page rather than quietly deleted.

What We Cannot Tell You

No independent site can guarantee how fast a specific withdrawal will be paid to a specific player. Your verification status, the amount, your payment method, whether a bonus is attached and the operator’s queue on the day all matter more than any published average. Everything here is a comparison of policies and processes, not a promise of an outcome.
